Alpump is self-sufficient with complete plant and equipment required to make water pumps, oil pumps, Air Brake components, machined castings and wheel cylinders. Several CNC Turning and Machining Centers, sophisticated grinders, Induction Hardening machines, etc. have been carefully selected from Germany, Japan and various other countries.

Alpump makes its own seals and gives guarantee up to 300,000 KM(185,000 miles) for its water pumps and oil pumps. Every product is tested and for quality control sophisticated equipment like Co-ordinate Measuring Machines, Profile Projector, Surface Roughness Tester, Floating Carriage Measuring Machine, Monochromatic Light, etc. are used.
Endurance tests are carried out periodically to ensure that the products stand up to the most stringent working conditions.
